Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of Apex Mobile Detail LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Apex Mobile Detail LLC provides professional mobile auto detailing services including but not limited to: exterior washing and waxing, interior cleaning, paint correction, ceramic coating, and other related services. Service descriptions and pricing are subject to change.

Booking and Cancellation

• Appointments must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or text
• We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather or unforeseen circumstances

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services
• We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payment methods
• Prices are estimates and may vary based on vehicle condition
• Additional services or treatments will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your vehicle
• Remove all valuables from the vehicle before service
• Ensure access to water and electricity at the service location (if required)
• Provide a safe and suitable location for our mobile service
• Disclose any pre-existing damage or issues with the vehicle

Liability and Warranty

We are fully insured and take great care in providing quality services. However:

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear to your vehicle
• We are not liable for items left in the vehicle
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided for any damages directly caused by our services
• Customer satisfaction is guaranteed - we will address any concerns within 48 hours of service

Service Area

We service Yuba City, Linda, Roseville, Rocklin, Lincoln, Oroville, Rio Linda, and surrounding areas. A travel fee may apply for locations outside our primary service area.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
